How do I book a transfer online?+

Our team will quickly confirm the ride, its fixed price and all the practical details. We can also be reached 24/7 by phone or WhatsApp for any last-minute booking.
Are your prices really fixed?+
Yes. The price given when your booking is confirmed is fixed and all-inclusive, known before departure. There are no surcharges for traffic jams, detours or the agreed waiting time. You travel with peace of mind, with no unpleasant surprises on arrival.
Do you track flights in case of delays?+
Absolutely. For airport transfers, we track your flight in real time and automatically adjust the pick-up time if it lands early or late. Free waiting time is included, and your driver meets you in the arrivals hall holding a name sign.
What are your cancellation terms?+
You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. After that, charges may apply depending on the service. To request a change, simply contact our team, who are available at any time.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept the main payment cards, bank transfers and payment on board. Businesses can benefit from centralised monthly invoicing through a dedicated account. Detailed payment terms are provided when your booking is confirmed.
Do you offer electric vehicles?+
Yes, responsible mobility is at the heart of our approach. A large part of our fleet is electric or plug-in hybrid: we favour electric for city journeys and hybrid for long distances, without ever compromising on comfort or punctuality. You can request an electric vehicle when you book.
How many passengers and how much luggage can you carry?+
Our vehicles adapt to your needs: from the sedan for 1 to 3 passengers to the Van, which can carry up to 7 people with their luggage. Simply state the number of travellers and suitcases when booking, and we will assign you the most suitable vehicle.
Which areas do you serve?+
Our main hub is in Brussels, but we provide transfers throughout Belgium — Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Liège, Namur — as well as to major European cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, Luxembourg and Cologne. Long-distance and international journeys are booked at the same fixed, transparent price.
