We only collect the data needed to provide our transport services:

• Identity data: surname, first name, title.
• Contact details: email address, telephone number, postal address.
• Booking data: pick-up and destination addresses, dates, times, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, flight number.
• Billing data: billing details and, where applicable, company data (VAT number, order reference).
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, via cookies.

Your data is used to:

• Process your quote and booking requests.
• Organise and carry out journeys, including flight tracking.
• Handle invoicing and accounting follow-up.
• Send you service communications about your journeys.
• Respond to your enquiries sent via the contact form.
• Improve the quality of our services and the security of the website.

Each processing operation relies on a legal basis provided for by the GDPR: the performance of the transport contract, compliance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations), our legitimate interest in improving and securing our services, and your consent for non-essential cookies and marketing communications.

Your data is processed by authorised Atemia Group SRL staff and by our drivers solely for the purpose of carrying out your journey. It may be disclosed to our technical processors (hosting, payment, booking tools) acting on our instructions and under data processing agreements that comply with the GDPR. Your data is never sold to third parties.

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued:

• Booking data: for the duration of the relationship, then archived for up to 5 years.
• Billing data: 7 years, in accordance with Belgian accounting obligations.
• Contact requests: up to 12 months after the last exchange.
• Cookies: for the periods stated when your consent is obtained.

The website does not currently use any tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Only technical elements that are strictly necessary for the website to function may be stored by your browser. Should audience measurement cookies be introduced, your prior consent would be obtained through a dedicated consent tool.
