General terms and conditions of booking

All bookings must be made at least 3 hours before pick-up. A request submitted at shorter notice cannot be processed online: please contact our team directly on +32 491 10 44 95, available 24/7.

A booking submitted online constitutes a request. It becomes binding once we have checked our availability and sent you confirmation by email.

The price is calculated and communicated before confirmation, with no surcharge for traffic, time of day or the terminal served:

• journeys of up to 25 km: a fixed flat rate specific to the vehicle class chosen;
• beyond 25 km: a per-kilometre rate applied to the road distance;
• Prestige class and bespoke services (sightseeing tour, hourly chauffeur, event): on quotation.

The amounts shown include Belgian VAT (6% on passenger transport).

No payment is requested when you book online, as the booking constitutes a request. Payment arrangements are agreed with our team once your journey has been confirmed.

Waiting and cancellation terms depend on the class booked and are shown for each vehicle when you make your choice (free waiting time, free cancellation period). For airport transfers, the flight is tracked in real time and the pick-up is adjusted in the event of a delay.
