Unsocial hours and night shifts
A shift starting at 05:00, a late shift ending at 23:30, a stocktake that finishes at 02:00: these times fall outside the hours when buses and trains run frequently, and sometimes outside any service at all. The chauffeur collects the team at an agreed meeting point, such as a station, a car park or a junction on the route, or picks each person up from home on a round set in advance.
For a regular service, the schedule is built with you: days concerned, departure times, pick-up points, headcount per wave. The quote also sets out what happens when a time slips, extra staff are added or a team is reduced. Pick-ups are available at any hour, every day, weekends included, which covers operations that never stop.

Sites far from public transport
Many workplaces were designed with the car in mind: Researchpark Zellik, by the Ring at exit 10, the business parks around the airport between Diegem, Machelen and Zaventem, or BRUcargo, Brussels Airport's logistics zone, where some operations continue through the night. From the nearest station, the last kilometre is often the longest, especially before dawn or in the rain.
Based in Wemmel, on the north-western edge of Brussels, our chauffeurs are close to the Ring and the industrial estates on the northern outskirts. The vehicle drops the team at the site entrance or the gatehouse, depending on the company's access rules, then returns at the end of the shift. For a building site or temporary site, the exact address and meeting point are fixed during planning.
Company events
Staff party, company day, awards ceremony, team-building day in the countryside: when transport is arranged, the question of who will drive home no longer arises. Shuttles link head office or a station to the venue, then the return journeys leave in several waves, grouped by direction, so that everyone gets home without unnecessary detours and without waiting for the end of the evening if they want to leave earlier.
A Van carries up to seven people; when numbers exceed that capacity, several vehicles are coordinated by a single contact, subject to the availability confirmed in the quote. As the fleet is mostly electric, some of the journeys can be made in an electric vehicle: if this matters for your mobility policy, mention it in your request so that it is taken into account in our proposal.
Assignments and expat arrivals
An engineer seconded to a client in Antwerp for three weeks, an audit team spending a week on site in Liège: the daily journeys between the hotel and the workplace are planned in one go, at the same time every morning. The employee has no hire car to return and no parking space to find, and can work during the journey instead of keeping an eye on the traffic.
When an employee moves to Belgium with their family, it all starts at the airport: meet & greet with flight tracking, a Van for the luggage, child seats on request. Over the following days, a chauffeur at their disposal makes it possible to fit in house viewings, the registration appointment at the local commune and school visits, without yet knowing the city or its parking rules. The HR department keeps control of the programme.

Is a shuttle every day at the same time possible?+
Yes. The schedule is drawn up together: days, times, pick-up points and headcount. Once approved, the journeys repeat without a new booking, and you simply flag the exceptions, whether a public holiday, reduced numbers or a change of time. Recurring services cannot be booked online: they go through a quote request, which sets out all the terms.
Our employees live in different places: how does the pick-up work?+
There are two options. Either the team meets at one or two easily accessible meeting points, a station or a car park for example, or the chauffeur follows a round that calls at each person's home. The second is more comfortable but takes longer: beyond a few stops, the journey for the first passengers becomes noticeably longer. We propose the most sensible route based on the addresses you send us.
Do you transport employees arriving from abroad with their children?+
Yes. On arrival, the chauffeur tracks the flight, meets the family in the arrivals hall and loads the luggage into a Van, which takes up to six suitcases. For the children, give each one's weight in your request so that the right seat, from Maxi-Cosi to booster seat, is fitted on board. Over the following days, a chauffeur by the hour makes house viewings and paperwork easier.
What if the team finishes later than planned?+
Let your contact know as soon as you are aware of the delay. If the chauffeur is on site, they wait and the extra time is charged according to the terms of the quote; if another ride is waiting for them, the team arranges the pick-up with another vehicle where possible. For operations where finishing times often vary, it is best to build a waiting window into the quote from the outset.
